By visiting or using dsrlegal.com (“Site”) or any services offered by DSR Legal, PLLC (“DSR Legal,” “we,” “our,” “us”), including our SMS messaging program (§7 – §13), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or enroll in the messaging program.

2 . Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

3 . Privacy

Your use of the Site and the messaging program is also governed by our Privacy Policy. That policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information.

4 . Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—text, graphics, logos, and software—is owned by DSR Legal or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international laws. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

6 . Limitation of Liability

SMS Messaging Program Terms

7 . Program Description

DSR Legal offers an SMS program that sends:

Appointment confirmations
Appointment reminders
Occasional promotions and service updates

Messages originate from +1 919-590-3222.

8 . Opt-In

You may enroll by checking the consent box on our web contact form and submitting your phone number. The checkbox text reads:

“I consent to receive appointment & service text messages from DSR Legal, PLLC at the number provided. **6 msgs/mo max. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel. See Privacy Policy and Terms.”

Submitting the form constitutes express written consent to receive recurring SMS from us.

9 . Message Frequency

You will receive up to six (6) messages per month. Actual frequency may vary based on your appointments and interactions.

10 . Cost

Message & data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

11 . Opt-Out

Text STOP to +1 919-590-3222 at any time to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation text and you will receive no further messages unless you re-enroll.

13 . Eligibility & Responsibility

You represent that you are the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to enroll the number provided, are at least 18 years old, and will keep your number updated. You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your violation of these Terms.

14 . Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Durham County, NC.
